The terms.
By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. They are written to be read.
The work
Every product carries original art from the Psyched Luxuries archive. Products are fulfilled through Fourthwall and its print partners. Colors and placement may vary slightly piece to piece — that is the nature of made things, not a defect.
Orders & payment
Prices are in USD. Checkout and payment are handled securely by Fourthwall; we do not process or store card details. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where there is an error in price, availability, or suspected fraud.
Intellectual property
The art, glyphs, the Curve, the writing, and the Psyched Luxuries name and marks are owned by Psyched Luxuries. Buying a piece gives you the garment, not a license to reproduce the artwork. The philosophy draws on ideas in the public domain, transmuted into our own language and work — it does not reproduce others' copyrighted material.
Your account & membership
You are responsible for keeping your sign‑in secure and your details accurate. The Congregation's points, tiers, and glyphs are a belonging mechanic — they have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold, or transferred, and may be adjusted to keep the climb honest. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the system or these terms.
The Congregation
Posts to the Congregation are moderated. Keep it kind and respectful. We may hide or remove anything that is hateful, harassing, unlawful, or off‑purpose, at our discretion. By posting, you grant us permission to display your submission.
As‑is
The site and its content are provided as‑is. We do our best to keep everything accurate and running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for a product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
